Deep links

SDK-facing (API-key) attribution. On first open the SDK posts an install/open with the click-id it received from the deep link (deterministic) or lets the server match by fingerprint (probabilistic). Returns the matched link's deep-link data — this is deferred deep linking. Un-prefixed (/partner/...).
